How do you think the narrator feels about the highwayman? How can you tell? How do you feel about him?
In the poem, Tim is being a good citizen by turning in the robber; however, he is portrayed as a villian. Why do so many readers sympathize with the highwayman as opposed to Tim who was being a "Good Samaritan"?
